2014 was another year of Innovation for West Coast Dental Ltd and Handpiece Harry.

• Launch of the MyRay product range of X-Ray imaging and 3D CONE BEAM products in the Ireland.
• Colm launched new websites for both Harry and West Coast Dental. More content to be added in 2015.
• John received his Master’s Degree in Leadership, Innovation and Change.
• Tom completed a Marketing & Development Course.
• We delivered some preventive maintenance programme for Key Customers including HSE.
• We gave away over €5,000 in prizes to our Customers.

Next for 2015

• Our super gift Voucher is in the Post with our Xmas Cards. It is our way of saying Thank You. It is also an opportunity for new customers to experience our great service and value for money. • Launch of our New ECONOMY Slow Handpiece repair service. This is in response to feedback from customers who do not require a Rapid Repair (24 hour turnaround) and would prefer a quote for parts and Engineering time that is required for the repair. Prices start from only €35.25 ex Vat including FREE Shipping.
• On the Fast Handpiece Repair we are keeping our Standard Price of €113.65 ex Vat (€129 all in) for a complete rebuild, 24hour turnaround and a 6Mth warranty. This is despite a 18.5% increase in spare parts cost during 2014.
• Handpiece Harry will be introducing a brand new range of New Handpieces from MK-Dent Germany in January 2015. Great performance with unbeatable value for money.
• John will be one of the Key Note Speakers at the Annual Scientific Meeting in the Alexander Hotel, Dublin on Saturday 7th March 2015. He will speak about Lean Business and the need for the Dental Profession to embrace Lean Methods to empower their team to continual improvement.
• We will be linking up with Oakstar Business Consultancy to bring you a range of Business Consultancy services and staff development programmes. More News to follow in the new year.
